Hi folks, hope you don't mind me joining your group. I'm a keen gardener, but more on the tree and vegetable side rather than flower side. Hopefully I will have tons of tree seedlings this year if anyone is interested.

I will be dividing my chrysanthemums soon, does anybody want some roots. They are produce sprays of small single flowers, in bronwe with some cream petals. They grow about 80 cm high and make a good cut flower. I tried to add a photo, but got garbage. If you are interested I can send it in an e-mail.

Yes, I got your message and yes I know it is! Tkx. But don't worry I teach them what is good or bad. As for Chilam, he prefers sticks or plastic toys!
I'll get you a bag ready :-))

I don't know if you saw my comment that said it was sent to all in the group but I looked on the website you recommended for Mirabilis jalapa and I saw that it is toxic if ingested! So look out for the little ones and Chilam! I also said that if you have more tubers than you need or want, I would be happy to swap something for them but all I have is thyme! (And time is what we all want more of!)

Anybody willing to teach an inexperienced gardener to paint her fingers green? I'm dying to have a successful veggie patch!

Great idea, Magde and I too had the idea for the same name! We have a weekly programme on BBC called "Gardeners' World" so I can't take any credit! Let's hope we get all those Green Fingered Anglophones to join this exciting category.
