Hailstorm over Nousty
We've had a bit of a fright last night. It started banging all around us, on the roof, the back door. I was relieved the car was in the garage and the shutters closed! Specially on the western side of the house. It could have broken windows. We live in an old Béarnaise, not isolated at all so the noise was increased. Our dog did wonder a lot about the banging on the door!
It was all white outside, the road flooded. We've had quite a surprise this morning discovering the garden... (even the car under the shed is pockmarked)
All Nousty is like that but going to Gaujacq today we didn't see anything anywhere else. Must have been very localized.
